Privacy Policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BRANDED collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit brandedprod.com or get in touch with us.

01Who we are

BRANDED is the studio of Branded Productions, LLC, a Los Angeles, California company operating as Branded Productions (commercial, music video, branding and social content) and Branded Pictures (film, television and books). In this policy, "BRANDED," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Branded Productions, LLC, including both. "You" means anyone who visits brandedprod.com (the "Site") or contacts us.

If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, email us at hello@brandedprod.com.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. The Site does not have accounts, checkout or a database of visitors. When you use our contact form, it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message; nothing is sent until you press send there. When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as:

  • your name, email address, company, label or studio;
  • the type of project you are interested in and the details of your message;
  • any attachments, links or other materials you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when the Site is loaded, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the Site.

Information from third-party content. Some parts of the Site load content from other companies, who may receive information about your visit directly (see “Embedded content and third parties” below).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, health information or precise geolocation) through the Site. Please do not send it to us.

03How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and discuss potential projects, collaborations, press or representation matters;
  • prepare proposals, agreements and invoices if we work together;
  • operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site;
  • detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents or other harmful activity;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not send marketing newsletters through the Site.

04Embedded content and third parties

The Site uses a small number of third-party services:

  • YouTube (Google). Many of our videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Thumbnails load from Google's servers, and when you press play, YouTube may set cookies and collect information under Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts. Our typefaces are served by Google, which receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts load.
  • Hosting and content delivery. The Site is hosted on Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare's network, which process technical request data to serve the Site.
  • Email. Messages sent to us are handled by our email provider (Google Workspace).
  • Social networks. Links to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Facebook take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy practices.

These providers act under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services we do not control.

05Cookies and tracking

BRANDED does not place its own advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the Site. Third-party services described above, such as YouTube, may set cookies or use similar technologies when you interact with their content.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop some embedded videos from playing.

Our Site does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because we do not track you across third-party websites. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, although we do not sell or share it.

06How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only disclose personal information:

  • to service providers who help us run the Site and our business (such as hosting, email and file-storage providers), who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • to collaborators, representatives, agents or managers when needed to respond to or pursue a project you have asked us about;
  • when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of BRANDED, our clients or others;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy;
  • with your consent or at your direction.

07How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting project and keep reasonable business records, and then delete or archive them. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are retained for short periods under that provider's own schedule. We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve disputes.

08Security

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email is not always encrypted end to end; please avoid sending highly confidential information by email unless we have agreed a secure method.

09Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@brandedprod.com.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

  • know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to;
  • request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that would give rise to this right);
  • not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, for the purposes described above: identifiers (such as name, email address and IP address); professional information (such as company or role) that you choose to share; internet or network activity (such as pages viewed); and the contents of messages you send us. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing information of consumers under 16.

Under California's “Shine the Light” law, California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures.

Other U.S. states. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and Oregon) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling. You may appeal our decision on a request by replying to our response; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. If these laws apply, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the Site, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we are based in the United States, your information will be processed there, and we rely on appropriate safeguards where required for international transfers.

How to make a request. Email hello@brandedprod.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. To protect you, we will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we hold, usually by confirming control of the email address involved. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority and confirm your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (45 days for California requests, which we may extend once where permitted).

10Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general and professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the relevant age). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at hello@brandedprod.com and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, give additional notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means the updated policy applies.
